Webmaster Forum - View Single Post - Sub-directory

I have done this with one page already but the pr has now gone once I have moved the page to a new folder - it was pr 3

<a href="mobile-phone-case.htm" was p3 but when i change to
<a href="mobile-phone/mobile-phone-cases.htm" pr goes to 0

any advice!
