What tool were you using? The
PR predictor is like any other predictor tool, it can't possibly(and it doesn't) claim to be 100% accurate. No value can be placed in any
PR predictor, not even iWEBTOOLs. If you were checking the DC's via iwebtool, then you should come up with the same results as you did from any other DC checker, as they check the same data centers as any other DC checker tool does.
