I have already gone through this but my client said to me, "this are all our competitor, so how can i add in the site." that's why i ask question
1. be sure that your site don't do keyword stuffing.
2. much better if your site has a PR already
3. your site and your potential link partner's site has similarities esp. on keywords that you're targeting.
