Nice to see your site has come on in leaps and bounds since I first saw
it!

1. Selling products is in my eyes the best way of profiting from a site.
You can sell a $1,000, $5,000 or even $10,000 info-product with virtually
no costs.

Of course, buying and selling sites is equally profitable. Buying a site for
$100 and selling for $10,000 is like magic

2. Selling websites can be done in places like SitePoint.com's marketplace,
and Digital Point forum's marketplace. If you can prove traffic and revenue
figures, you can probably get 10-12 months income as a price.

If you're going to buy, consider using escrow services like

to cut down on the risk of being ripped off, especially if you're buying a
large and expensive site.
