You, AFAIK you can put them together. Google Adsense's TOS prohibit you to put any other Contextual Ad service along with Adsense itself. And AdBrite ads are site(and/or category in some cases) targeted ads, which comply with Adsense. Still you might want to make sure, mail the Google guys and post the reply here
