What defines a site that would sell for a lot?

1. The site's revenue.
2. The site's expenses.
3. The site's history.

The longer it's been earning more than it costs, the more it will sell for.
As I mentioned above, usually sites go for 10-12 times the last 3 months
average earnings.

A site that profits $200 a month would go for $1,750-$2,250. Probably.

Info products are digital products (eBooks, databases, software etc) that
are based on information. Selling "how-to" guides is a good example.
