Nope, no hurting ur ranking or the
PR your page possesses by virtue of inbound links, like u alreay know that it would only affect the
PR strength you would pass on to the sites on ur page, BUT - u need to verify that the sites you link to do not offer spam and are not banned by the SE's....
That could get u banned or loose SERPs, unless u urself are an independent authority site
For my major linking policy, i donot link to PR0 - 9 month or older sites as i dont want to hurt my SERPs...
