PR 6 wont be tricky as no one can claim that the SEs have disowned directory links - remember quality is ambigiuos and very difficult to measure.
Even the wannabes are looming at a healthy
PR 5 and some greater
But a
PR 8 link, that a different story - defo better that any directory links
