Yeah I read that too. I must say I agree with him to a certain point. After all there is not such thing as undetectable search engines. You gotta understand for an influential player in the SEO filed such as yourself anything or service you uptake will draw attention from the search engine representatives which will make them pay even more closely attention to it. But even if it wasn't you as soon as the service gained momentum it would have been found by major SE's.
