If I were you I'd concentrate of creating a very resourceful website, with unique and innovative content, get some links from related sites, change that anchor text in the link every now and again, try to stay away from link farms (and never link back to such a site or other bad neigbours) and start a PPC campaign till the results of the hard work start to show.
