I am looking for a wordpress contact form. It shoud have spam-protection and should be very simple.

I tried the one below. But it generated a not-browser compatible and bad-looking form. And it will be very difficult to fix the apearance of the from from its php file! I want to have a very simple looking contact form which is browser compatible (ff, ie and opera).
