You are right, it's just too messy. And it looks kind of out of place as well.
I will do it soon.
But the thing about rating I am not sure. I mean different webmasters look for different things. Some may be looking for just a PR increase or some may be looking for traffic. So it's hard to give a rating if you consider the needs of webmasters.
