I assurer you Google does not!

Yahoo and MSN may appear to do so but this could also be perceived impression due to other ranking factors that typically put large sites at a disadvantage and larger sites tend not to put KW in URLs.

Not really. If the domain contains "rich" amounts of keywords it may appear unprofessional or spammy.
