I have not seen this anywhere, but is there a way in which we can add a few extra fields in the comment section of the wordpress blog?
I m trying to convert one of my big websites into wordpress-managed-cms, and it has 4-5 comment fields + captcha.
can it be done..i know if it can be done, then there will be changes in the database structure and also in the theme.. how difficult will that be?

The other possibility that i can think of is using phpexec (or a similar) plugin to post the php comment code in every post and disabling wordpress comments throughout. What is going to be a better option?
