I really need help on this one.
I have 2 wordpress blogs, the one that is hosted on our servers, I had to install the theme by hand, and I never want to do that again.

I am in the process of hosting the other one.
I know that there is an application that will make installation of themes and plug ins simpler. What is it? Where do i find it? and what do I need to install it?

I would really appreciate help here, I do not want to do anymore hand installations, and I would like to use a few plug ins now for a new blog.

Everything I read say's: "Click the Plug ins tab. Once you have installed the plug in.."
What's in between that! How do you install the plug in!?
