I do agree on the need for a vast audience. I am trying to create the time to get a blog going. Mostly just for myself and hopefully a small audience eventually. Just a place to vent on stupid things I see or goof off and ask crazy questions that it is difficult to find people of common interest to talk with about. I don't plan on making any serious attempt to "monetize" it or anything. It will be more for me than for anyone else.
