It seems to take more things into account than others I've seen. It factors in:
-Alexa ranking
-Age of domain name
-page rank
-number of indexed pages in Google
It shows my Free Traffic Bar site as worth $12,910. Not bad in just 1.5 years, but of course I wouldn't sell it for that as I make a lot more off of it in a year than that.
I had fun plugging in other traffic exchanges and mine is worth more than some that have been around a lot longer. So I guess I am doing something right! |

. However, Alexa ranking is quite inaccurate in my experience. For example, it shows better ranking for my services-seo.net than my aqua-fish.net. Aqua-fish has from 1500 up to 2100 visitors each day this month. That seo site has up to 120 visitors each day. Visits are counted by G Analytics. .... But it's another story...
