Come up with a new, unique, extraordinary idea. Have a website or blog to "showcase" it (and that website has to be user friendly, easy navigable, accessible, etc) and then start using the online channels to raise awareness about your business.
Brand your name or that of your business. Make people know that there a solid person behind your services. Make them trust you.
Start a blog, post regularly, network and get enough readers to make a community. Then try some paid blogging platforms - PayPerPost, Blogitive, Blogsvertise, etc.
Visit the problogger job board - there are enough opps. posted there.
The list could go on forever. But you'll have no success if you work anonymously.
