It usually displays some ad about "adsense" and another one about "GIS".
The word "GIS" is never mentioned in the text or implied from other words ... ?!

No offense, but you cannot overwhelm Google with a simple blog with only 46 pages of text indexed.
I've been blogging for 30 days and I have 5 times the content, trust me, it's not "overwhelming".
Another reason could be that your blog has the same subject matter, and I am sure some matching text as about 200,000 other blogs.
It may be self written, but it is not original content.
That may be a big problem.
Original content gets noticed. I am not saying you shouldn't write about what you want, but don't get all indignant because the largest most advanced search engine in the world in the short history of the internet, has not fallen all over you for yet another Web Design, SEO blog.
Original updated content drives traffic. All the SEO in the world can not compensate for having the same subject matter as every other blog on the web.
