If it is
highly infected then you need to look at the economics of cleaning vs. reinstalling from scratch. I yet have to find software that will clean a windows system without manual tinkering. That tinkering may take dozens of hours.
Depending on what kind of setup you have on your PC, it could make sense to reinstall windows and restore data from backups. You have backups, don't you?
