I am in the middle of swapping over TWO LARGE sites from static pages to dynamic and let me tell you converting the styles to CSS is taking a while but next time I change the design it wont take me months!!!! CSS may be tougher to learn at the start and to get setup but to make changes to your ENTIRE SITE it's freaking awesome
