I offer the main files for download, the image can be easily resized to your specifications with photoshop or gimp. I left it kind of generic with the glass and the button on seperate layers in the file, so you can make different copies of the button with different text layers. Whole sets of matching buttons can be easily produced by changing the text layer and copy visible-->paste as new.
