It's not too bad.

There's a lot of javascript making it look "messy", but the searchbots aren't concerned about script.

If you want to see your site as a spider would see it, try using a spider simulator. Here's one: http://www.webconfs.com/search-engin...-simulator.php

Looks like yours "reads" ok.

As a rule of thumb, the less code, and the lighter the page in terms of file size, the better.

But the difference is negligible in terms of ranking. More important, by far, is the quality of inbound linking to the page from external sites.
