Successful affiliate earners please advice:

I am getting started in the game, here's my plan:

1) Find a very focussed. For example, instead of clothes - fancy clothes from Japan/Africa.

2) Create a website with around 50 articles around that niche

3) Find affiliate links for products in that niche and include in website pages

4) Hope to rank high in google for the pages

5) Profit - perhaps after about 4-6 months.

Does this seem right?

So how do I find a niche with high conversions and payouts?
