Hey just wondering, what is the going rate for sole sponsorship of a theme?
Is it a one time fee?

Also, are themes automatically approved by Wordpress.org?
What is the process there?

One more question, What is the going rate to have a theme made according to specification by a theme designer?
Like what do you charge, and if I pay for the theme design that takes care of my sponsorship, right?

Any help would be appreciated.
I am seriously considering having a few designed, I'd like to know from the folks that do it, what I'm looking at as far as cost.
