I'm afraid I'm on a poor connection at the moment so it would be a labour to check the site highlighted.

However, if I may make a point - a lot of times people ask why their competition is doing to rank well, and are quick to complain when these competitors are perceived to be using some form of advantage.

If I may say, though, perhaps the emphasis instead should always be "how can I improve the rankings of my site?".

All too often webmasters have extremely poor backlinks to their own sites, yet are suprised that this hinders their ranking.

If you see someone beating you in the SERPs, the simplest explanation is commonly that they have better backlinks - therefore, if you wish to compete with them, you need more links.

So, go out and get yourself some.

Free (and spiderable!) directories are a good place to start - on-topic link exchanges are another free option.

And, of course, ensure that these backlinks contain the very keyword phrases that you intend to compete for - you can often stipulate your link title when submitting to another site for a backlink.

2c.
