Good ideas....But in reality, it is the ones that don't really give a sh*t that seem to be making the most money.
This one especially:. Thou shalt endeavor to built a relationship with people not just try and sell them something. Build relationships and you will have lots of friends and the money will come along with it.
I wish that were true..I have lots of friends, but still, I'm broker than I was when I was contracting, where I had to pretend to like everyone that I came into contact with. Now I actually do like a lot of the people that I have contact with, but for some reason, they aren't paying me for it....
