you can get a feel for the type of service they offer. Server4You is an offspring of a pretty stable German company and if I'm not mistaken, they've just came over to the United States a few months ago. So far, for their prices and what I've read..they're not so shabby. But if you choose to go with them, please keep in mind before you start complaining (if you do) that you're not going to get $100 or $200 worth of service for $49.
