Here is an article on Yahoo! Results.

Yahoo! dumps Google

Paid inclusion scheme ruffling a few search feathers… Yahoo! dropped Google as the default search technology provider for its US-based sites late Tuesday, signaling the beginning of the end for the web's most high-profile marriage of convenience.

The change occurred at 9:30 p.m. PST Tuesday when Yahoo! relaunched the search properties for its US-based sites, including its Yahoo!.com flagship home page. Yahoo! replaced Google's results with its own Yahoo! Search Technology, which combines an array of recently acquired search technologies, such as Inktomi and commercial search provider Overture Services. Overture also owns AltaVista and the web search technology of Fast Search and Transfer.

Despite the publicity fanfare, Yahoo! already started using its own search technology this week.

If the URL is not longer working I can post the rest of it.

I personally am thrilled by this. I was ranking well in MSN, AltaVista, Overture, Inktomi. Ranking poorly in Yahoo and Google. Since the change I am not #9 on my preferred keyword in yahoo and still no where with google. Although at times I do show up on gooble.
