Regarding internet credit card processing, you could reffer to sites using 2co, or worldpay, which are trusted. You`re trusted enough if the payment is processed through their interface.

Nice one. You touched the essential point : hacker safe is more a propaganda system, than a multi-infrastructure securing system ( my opinion ). Anyone can secure their servers if the know how. I do, and didn`t have any issues even with hardass DDoSes or hacking attempts or other lowlife tricks.
