2CO payment for site ads? anyone try this before

Hi. i am an international user, and Previously i using paypal for accepting payment for links and ads selling on my website. Its good until lately, 9th march, they change policy and forcing my premier account to add a US banking account to further receiving funds. which is a silly requirement.

so, conclusion is paypal is not for serious business. even once i read that John funds was frozen by them, and not sure he got the money back or not. Another issue is that, i cant withdraw the fund from bank or by cheque, at my country. Meaning, the money can not turn to cash.

I moving to 2CO, and willing to pay them the startup fee. the withdrawal seem easy with TT to my local bank. Charges are $10.

Just that, i worry about their chargeback policy, $50.
i going to use it to receive payment for link selling on my PR6 sites.
will this be risky to go with?? any advice??
