I got a link from the wwww.virtual library (http://vlib.org/) on one of the inner pages. The home page has a GB PR of 9, my link is 3 deep with a GB PR of 6. Will that link give me domain authority. I am suffereing from the ageing delay penalty, so will that link be discounted?
