There's a number of ways to import content to WordPress. It comes out of the box with a number of connectors to well-known bloggin engines (
http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content), but if yours isn't in the list, you can always import your posts through your RSS feed. The downside here is that you can't import comments this way, but from what I see you don't actually have comments on your blog. Is this right ?
