This has little to do with your rankings. Remember that you need to write for people, not search engines. Ultimately it's people that will link to your site if they like it, and that will get you rankings.

Use your keywords naturally. Those recommendations from Web CEO and other software demonstrate how foolish it can be to rely "SEO software". Often using those programs does more harm than good because they get you so focused on on-page optimization, when you need to focus on off-page optimization - link development. The real SEO work involves figuring out what will get people and links to your site, and then doing it.
