I'd love to see them try and enforce this in any court. One of the issues in a case like this is always to show damage. What possible damage could it do to Google if I tell you my click through rate?
well OK, you first

seriously though, if one case gets rejected it would open the floodgates and allow people discuss their stats in public... hell even the publicity it would generate might make it worth it - what can they do but kick you off?

has google ever given an explanation as to why we cant discuss details? it seems such a ridiculous clause, and is really relying on the general 'nice-guy' image google has at the minute - imagine if microsoft were to stop people discussing how many times their computer crashed, or told you you werent allowed to discuss how to speed up your computer with people!
