I can handle payperpost from an advertiser's perspective. I usually use
PR and tack score to end up with mostly good entries.
As a publisher, payperpost was atrocious. They wasted my time by rejecting perfectly good posts, not responding to support requests, etc.

If it is about low quality blogs, you can segment them out. You can pick from PR, alexa, technorati, and our tack score. |
