ok, i'll be the first one to actually give some advise,
first i would lose the beveled effect and inset affects you have,
i would also get a little more color varation, and a big thing is i would change the font in the header, it is way to "plain" and boring. I'm not trying to dog your work or anything, but mabey you should think outside the box a little, all of your sites seem to look ulmost exactly the same
