It seems like in the summer, power goes off over here in my city because of similar problems (lots of people firing up A/C). Over here, people misuse power a lot. When it's winter, power rarely goes off twice or thrice in a month in my area.

You know, the Indian politicians are major problems for us general public. When it's too hot over here, they order electricity control board to take the power off from general colonies and keep the lights on in government quarters. Although we don't have to worry about thunderstorms, the politicians are dangerous than that.

By the way, how is the condition of electricity in villages over there in the USA and Canada? I can't even think to spend two days in my village because of the huge electricity problem in rural areas.
