I have to agree, I posted about this in another thread, (
http://www.v7n.com/forums/google-for...w-has-pr2.html) and it seems IBL really important, as long as the sites that link to you re worthy (ie no ******, not spammer sites), basically they need to be good strong pages (better if they are 'like' they page they are linking to).
A big thing that took me awhile (still rying to get this) to understand was even if your domain has a bad PR, an individual page can have a good one.
You need to get stong links in.
