I don't use Web CEO, and personally think it's the worst program in the world, but I have it in my office so I just know it recommends to put keyword in the last 25 words. Using lynx you can simply guess if the content reflects your topic all over the page, without chasing density or things like that...
I just wanted to know if it's true that Google gives more value to first/last 25 words, and that's all...the right answer was simply:

You're wrong, I already reached my top rankings without using Web CEO and my hand is the only dedicated software that I need, I'm SO sorry.
