You're wrong, I already reached my top rankings without using Web CEO and my hand is the only dedicated software that I need, I'm SO sorry.
Sorry, but I don't believe you. If you're skilled at SEO, then you even wouldn't try any questionable software. I know it because many SEO newbies are using such/similar applications like web ceo. Moreover if your rankings are top, then you may mention them as well as traffic which they dring to u. I think you wouldn't ask anybody about "last 25 words" if you were skilled enough.
