IMO:
This version of Expression Web is an extended version of the FrontPage 2003. And it sucks
I've downloaded that program and it is the most miserable product that MS ever shipped.
Maybe that's why they didn't promoted it like they should.
Of course, it comes with a lot of interesting stuff, but also with a lot of bugs...

{The one that kills me is that you can not have the possibility to pin/unpin the floating windows...}

I prefer the Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition which is much more stable and performant.

I created my website with it and I'm very pleased with this product. This is my favorite Web Editor (Much, much better than FrontPage and DW)

I am very, very disspointed about Expression Web, because I've seen some tutorials before they shipped this product and i couldn't wait to see it on the market so i can start using it...I wasn't expecting to this piece of trash...
