I see. I think the problem may have been that you were emailing support with the corrections. (Please tell me if I'm misunderstanding.) That isn't the way to resolve a rejection. I know it may seem convoluted but the way to deal with a rejection is to resubmit through the "my posts" page and to put your explanation in the title field.
I'm not saying that it's a logical way to do it or that I like that method, just that by doing it that way, you buy more time and don't risk the opp being deleted from your list before support can get to it. You can do that as many times as necessary until you're satisfied with the outcome. You always have three days from the point of rejection to resubmit.
You really don't have to spend loads of time at the forum, though. It's just a real good place to get friendly advice. And like here, when someone replies to your question, you'll be notified by email if you choose that option.
