I advise caution in selecting a reseller. The internet is riddled with cheap upstarts and depending on where you start will begin your reputation. If you grow don't assume you can just move to a better host. Your clients will get pissed they have to change DNS and how versed are you on site moving scripts and sites you may not be familiar with.

Every week I see complaints about cheap hosts that turn out to be resellers such as yourself that offer zero support and rely on the host to fix problems.

This is a bad structure.

Top Tier ISP > Large Host > Reseller > Cheap Reseller > You > Clients

Where in that lineup would you rather be? You have to get as close to the Top Tier ISP as you can...preferrably with a dedicated directly with the large host. It MIGHT cost more but are you attempting to run a business or ruin others?
