http://www.9Searches.org is a free (non-reciprocal) directory, which is new but rapidly growing. I am intending to include decent websites with purpose. The directory is SEO friendly and it started out with more than 550 categories to choose from. Using google/yahoo sitemaps and since launched (2 days ago) already 76 links requested - 57 approved.
