lol I really am not trying to promote i'll take a s/s of what it's doing

I'm on XP with Firefox. The weirdest thing is that it doesn't do it sometimes without me changing the code at all.
It makes no sense because I created this website originally on my computer using WAMP5 and it works fine, but after I upload it to the server it does this..

edit: Changed to URL cause big image size
