CJ isn't going to abandon using HTML links.

Earlier this year near the end of Q4 - 2006 they tried ~ proposed that they were going to stop supporting html links - but they got so much flack from advertisers and publishers that they decided againest it.
Originally it was an attempt to cloak links using java script because Google got hip to qksrv.net and started devauling those sites using qksrv.net in excess. You may remember a couple years ago SERPS running rampant with CJ websites. Now, thats not a problem ~ Google is accepting qksrv and jdoqbc.com links - So there is not a need to use java anymore.
Better yet, new ALGO tweeks just recently made a couple weeks ago are allowing more affiliate websites into the top tens. I see this especially so in product searches.
