Alright, there's a couple different ways you can do this.
1 - 301 redirects: Just add some code into your .htacess file and have Steve redirect to Bob.
2 - Parked Domains: Essentially the same thing, but doesn't require to you edit any files. Just go into ControlPanel (or whatever you have) and have Steve point to Bob's address.
