It is a very good list of basic suggestions. However, they are all pretty general and can be easily found on most SEO sites. Nowadays, I think good SEO link-bait is better if it a small list which contains at least one novel, hard to find, recommendation. I realize that SEO professionals have to keep their own kit of techniques pretty close to their vest, but I think revealing one interesting one might do more to get attention than simply retelling that which is already widely available. When I do come across something new, I usually email it to a friend or write about it somewhere.
