There is a Wordpress plugin for creating Google sitemaps
over here. It is one of the two plugins that I think is absolutely necessary. The other one is Akismet. Follow the directions. You can create a similar sitemap for Yahoo. There are other plugins for sitemaps that you can use, but I don't use them because the category is enough for my site.
